11. Who can be top nurses, physicians, or caregiver?

With this question, the interviewer would try to understand your expectations from your own performance. Their judgement of you as a person will absolutely be based on your answer.

So, if you say that you will let go of your personal time and work for 14 hours a day, it will throw an impression that you do not practice proper time management skills. It also highlights your lack efficiency.

If you are a nurse, you can say something like: In order to be a top nurse, you need to provide accurate and timely services to the patients. Communicate regularly and provide empathy. Always be ready to listen and understand. Provide emotional support to the patients as well as their relatives & ensure that you take care of all your job responsibilities.

12. How will you deal with the death of a patient?

Answer:

Death means loss of opportunity to experience a full life but it is inevitable. Losing a patient is something all health care professionals face regularly. As a doctor or a nurse or a caregiver you need to provide empathy to the family of the patient.

If it is something that is expected, let the family know. You should be willing to speak up about uncomfortable topics like these. To answer this question, you can talk about your experiences with patients nearing end and how you dealt with them and their families.
