Failing to plan is planning to fail. It’ll help you not just make better business decisions but also strategize better. Without a plan in place, you’re more likely to do anything and everything & if something doesn’t take you closer to your goals, it is not a good investment of your time and money. A plan will also help you realize and fill in the gaps at an early stage, before they can cause you any major damage.

Lesson no 2: Waiting for the perfect time.

Remember there is no perfect time to start your business. If you wish to create or you see opportunities then do not wait for the perfect time. It will never come. You will have to
take some risks and chase your dreams.

Lesson no 3: Not embracing criticism.

Social media is a very harsh place. There will be a lot of trolls, hate comments and negative feedback. There..People won’t be polite, don’t be bothered by it. But don’t ignore the
criticism completely. There may be some truth to it. And if there are problems work on those problems and perform better.

Lesson no 4: Hiring the wrong people.

As an entrepreneur, you are only as good as your team. Make your investment wisely into your human assets. Hire someone for their knowledge, talent, and skill. Don’t hire them
because you want to help them or you know them personally. It is better to have a line between personal and professional relationships. And If you really wish to help someone,
you can always do it outside your office. Don’t break your business for it.

Lesson no 5: No new learning.

You must be aware that there is always something new coming up. Market will change and so will the technology and your customers.  You need to keep picking these new things.
In fact, continued learning has to be the culture of your company, if you wish to keep growing. You know what..Your employees don’t listen to you, they follow you. SO, Set the right culture and example.

Lesson No 6: Thinking failure is the end.

Failure is not the end. Instead, use it as a stepping stone. You may not ponder over things during bright times but failures will certainly make you do that. Find out what went wrong and fix it. These failures will help you build resilience and perseverance, which are important for entrepreneurial success.

for networking can be a huge mistake. It can be an engaging tool for your company, As it will be easy to connect on a personal front as people already know you.
