In order to progress your career as a Salesforce Developer, you need to look for a Salesforce certification training. You will learn and master the concepts of being a Salesforce Administrator and App Builder.

If you’re just getting to know the world of Salesforce, Trailhead is an excellent way to get started. Salesforce offers great powerful learning platform called trailhead. You can start your journey as a Salesforce user with Trailhead. It offers interactive training modules full of videos, code snippets and various challenges.

Salesforce Career is broadly divided into 2 categories - Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce Developer

Developers modify and customize salesforce software as per company's needs.

If you want to see your career as Salesforce Developer, then you need to develop strong programming skills on technologies such as Java or .NET. Also strong OOPS and MVC concepts would help you a lot to learn and understand Salesforce Application. Usually Salesforce uses SOAP and Rest API so you should have some knowledge of these.

Salesforce administrator is a person responsible for managing and administering the configuration side of salesforce. Salesforce administrator need not possess extensive programming skills.

2. Certification
